Your Responsibilities

As part of the continued development of its German subsidiary, Lépine Group is looking for a Sales Assistant to support the growth of its business in Germany and contribute to building an increasingly autonomous local organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, processing and monitoring orders from hospitals and clinics, while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers on administrative matters and following up on their requests through to resolution.
  • Coordinating with the French headquarters, particularly regarding order processing and invoicing.
  • Managing replenishment activities and monitoring product requirements in coordination with the relevant teams.
  • Liaising with insurance companies and other relevant organisations regarding authorisations, reimbursements and invoicing-related matters.
  • Managing the administrative aspects of public tenders in Germany and ensuring appropriate follow-up of related documentation.
  • Preparing and processing the documentation required by German regional authorities and organisations.
  • Independently identifying and resolving operational issues arising from day-to-day activities.
  • Gradually structuring and improving local administrative processes to support the subsidiary’s growth.
  • Working closely with the German sales teams and the Group’s support functions in France.
  • Actively contributing to the development of the German subsidiary, with the objective of progressively strengthening its autonomy and operational efficiency.

You will work in an international and entrepreneurial environment, with a high degree of autonomy in organising your responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute directly to the structuring and development of the German subsidiary.

Profile

  • Higher education qualification in public law, administrative law or a related field, combined with significant professional experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent written and spoken German.
  • Good command of professional English, essential for communication with the French headquarters and international teams.
  • Knowledge of French would be an asset.
  • Good command of standard office software, particularly Excel, as well as ERP systems and digital tools.
  • Knowledge of German public procurement procedures and applicable regulations, particularly VOB/VOL, would be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several topics and priorities simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented, highly autonomous and comfortable taking initiative in managing your responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team spirit, particularly when working with local sales teams.
